Take a STEPP in the right direction with Castleknock Celtic

Coaches/ Managers, We are pleased to advise that the Club is putting on a Coaches Club Session on Thursday 6th March on the AWP in  ITB (Inst of Technology, Blanchardstown) @ 8.15pm. Our very own Brian Kennedy will introduce the revolutionary STEPP program. STEPP stands for Structured Training Enabling Player Potential. Designed by Brian and Vinny Newman it has been already introduced to Shelbourne, Malahide Utd and Rangers AFC to great acclaim. Additionally Brian & Vinny have been utilising STEPP with our own U15 Major team and manager, Tony Molloy, has said that is has contributed significantly to the teams development and improvement this year. Essentially the STEPP program will provide you with an invaluable training program that covers ages 8 – 18 and is easily modified to cater for all age and quality levels. There is a cost of €5per Coach to cover Course notes but the Club, as part of its ongoing nvestment in Player and Coach development will cover the cost of same.
