11E v 11E1 : Bragging rights were at stake in Porterstown as Tom Murphy's lads took on Tony Jordan's. Tom's teams were deservedly winning 2-0 with 10 minutes remaining with goals from Hakim, and they looked like they were home and hosed. Up stepped Sadjo Barry to reduce the deficit. There were then lots of appeals from 11E team who thought they had scored from a corner through Hakim again, but the referee was distracted, having to deal with an intruder onto the pitch, and he insisted the corner be retaken. Earlier the magnificent Niall Maloney had pulled off a succession of amazing saves to keep the 11Es at bay in one attack which reminded us of Jan Tomaszewski for Poland at Wembley in 1973 World Cup qualifier. Niall seemed to have been fortunate not to have been pulled up by the ref earlier for handling outside the box, but the ref waved play on as Ethan Hoey appealed in vain. The game seemed to be won as we entered the final minute, but the ball went to 11E1's Dawid Nycz and he battled his way across the box before shooting low and hard past the diving Brierton Murphy Mahady. The 11E1 man of the match was given to debutant Mustafa who was superb after he was introduced, though Niall was very close indeed to getting the award. Another debutant for the 11E1s was Tobi who showed lots of pace and was menacing in possession. Hakim was the 11E man of the match for his brace, and with another ref could also have taken home the match ball for a hat trick, and at the end the 11E spectators were howling "We were robbed". Nevertheless, it was a cracking game, full credit to both squads, and at least one side went home very happy with the result. 2-2

13B Sat : A brace from Clinton and one from Osi saw Celtic home against a resilient Cabinteely in Porterstown Park. 3-1
14A1 : A very good performance indeed by Celtic away to Tallaght Town, with lots of passing and movement in the central midfield, coupled with great distribution to the full backs and wide men. A spectacular goal from Cillian Dwyer was not enough in the end, and they were left to rue several near misses from Finn, Weston, and Danny. Eoin was very solid in goal, with huge performances from Liam and Beni at the back. 1-2
15Prem2: Instead of being ahead 2-0 at half time against the visiting Home Farm, Celtic found themselves all square 1-1 due to a defensive lapse. They fell asleep in a short space of time in the second half, but they were exhorted to respond as there was still lots of time left. Up stepped Leigh Reilly with a sublime volley from 6 metres out. They then equalised very late on after the Home Farm keeper failed to hold the cross. 3-3 full report later
