A marvellous advert for schoolboys/girls soccer in Porterstown, Celtic and Dunboyne put on a spectacular show of great football for the appreciative spectators. Dunboyne were unbeaten at start of play and top of the league table, but at times in this game, you would have wondered who the top dogs were. Celtic battled like champions throughout, and no one more committed than goalkeeper Ahmad Elmowag who made a succession of marvellous saves to keep his side in contention. Alannah made life very difficult for Dunboyne with her incessant tackling. Star of the show however and man of the match for this reporter was Danny Ursu who covered every blade of grass on the pitch, and showed great skill as he moved through the pitch effortlessly, skinning Dunboyne's midfield and defence at will. His performance was capped with a smashing goal that he rifled into the roof of the net. Regrettably his team just came up short and were edged out 3-1 at the finish. Well done lads and thanks for the entertainment. 1-3 match action
