Celtic had gone 0-3 down after 20 mins, but clawed their way back to trail 2-3, but conceded again to leave it 2-4 at half time. They now looked a team with momentum going into second half. They continued to fight their way back, and had levelled it by the end of regulation time. It was 4-4 a.e.t. Dalkey won on penalties 3-2

Genesis was also awarded the man of the match award for a magnificent performance, covering every blade of grass on the pitch.
