Captain Vilo Labutis got Celtic on their way when he opened the scoring away to Drogheda Boys. Ugi Rowland doubled Celtic's advantage just before the break. Celtic maintained their dominance in the second half and were rewarded with a second from Ugi. Michael McDonald hit Celtic's fourth 7 mins from time, but it was left to Aaron Lynch to round off the scoring in the dying minutes. 5-0
