DDSL 16A1: Crucial victory over visiting Park Celtic in Porterstown. 3-1
NDSL 17A: Castleknock Celtic 7 HHFC 0. A goal after just two minutes was the perfect start to 2015 for the U17A’s in this local derby against HHFC. Goal scorer Cory Power followed up his opener with a second after 20 minutes. Whilst Power may take the accolades as the scorer, it was the excellent Aidan Sampson who created both chances. Sampson himself got on the score sheet before half time following a series of short passes in the midfield. Ciaran Buggy made it 4-0 just before half time.
In the second half Cory Power secured his hat trick, before Daniel Ferreira & Shane McDonagh completed the scoring leaving the final score 7-0. Whilst Power may have contributed a hat trick, it was the midfield trio of Daniel Ferreira, David McCabe and in particular Aidan Sampson who dominated the game for Celtic.
NDSL 18B: Ratoath claim the honours in Porterstown. 1-4
AUL SUN Prem C: Celtic exited after extra time the Liddy Cup having surrendered a 2-0 lead away to Premier A side, Trinity Donaghmede. Matthew McEntee and Johnny Quinn were on the mark for Celtic. 2-3
AUL Div2 Sat side lost on penalties in Elastoplast Shield, having finished 3-3 with goals from Graham Ennis and a brace from Aaron Nolan.
