Shelbourne entertained Celtic in a league encounter in the AUL with the visitors playing to keep up their fight for league honours .
It was a tight encounter and the home side were a lot stronger than the team Celtic beat in Porterstown in the new year.
The suspended Jay Harper was a loss , however, and it was a laclustre performance in the first half where Matthew Leonard hit the upright and Vlad Skrupka scored a his first goal for a few weeks.
The second half started much more lively and it wasnt long before a fantastic headed goal from Vald doubled the lead.
The push was on and Luke Danagher latched on to a cross , nutmegged teh defender and scored the goal of the match with a left footed shot which bent around the keeper.
Celtic piled on more pressure and further goals from Ben Traynor , a fantastic strike from over 20 yards into the top corner and Morgan Kynes sealed the points
This team are playing excellent football and are still on course for League and cup honours.
