A great win for the Celtic away at St Kevin's Boys, which completed the double over the Northsiders.
A lively game saw Celtic take an early lead through Jatin Ramesh with James Murgatroyd adding a second with his left foot shortly afterwards. From there on, Celtic were dominant in the match with Cillian Hegarty and Scott Sorohan adding goals to leave Celtic four up at halftime. The score would have been closer had it not been for some brilliant work by Ben McDonagh in the Celtic goal.
A more even second half overall with St Kevins adding two quick fire goals to bring the score back to 4-2 but Cillian scored a fine individual effort for Celtic straight from the restart to put the game beyond doubt. Fine performances from Malik Shushan, Brian Carolan and Conor Boyle in defence kept St Kevins to two goals, before Jatin and Cillian added a further goal apiece to seal a well deserved 7-2 win and a hat-trick for Hegarty at Ellenfield Park
Well done lads
