AUL PremB Sunday: Celtic show their mettle. Dave Costello got the first after 25 mins before Celtic allowed Dingle Utd to equalise from the kick off. Some excellent goalkeeping from Paddy Dunne kept Celtic in the game before Conor Stephenson's sublime pass picked out Matthew McEntee who finished with aplomb. Dave Costello added a late penalty to put the icing on the cake. 3-1
AUL Div2 Sat: League Cup came to Porterstown and what a cracking game we had. Celtic got the perfect start scoring after 20 seconds through Sean Sweeney and adding a second from a corner and a Johnny Quinn heade. Elm Mount were reduced to 10 men which spurred the visitors into life and they got one back before half time. After the resumption, Elm Mount played very well with 10 men and got a deserved equaliser before Castleknock Celtic scored what they thought to be the winner in the 89th minute through Simon Fleming but it ain't over till the fat lady sings and Elm Mount got an equaliser in injury time. Overall a fair result in an entertaining game

NDSL 16B: 10 weeks since playing a league match, Celtic started this away fixture to Beggsboro with a high intensity. Their efforts were duly awarded when Rhys Hogan scored from the edge of the box. Celtic continued to create many goal-scoring chances but lacked their usual clinical finishing. However, just before half-time, Celtic found themselves 2-1 behind after Beggsboro were awarded two fairly soft penalties in quick succession. Celtic significantly stepped up their performance in the 2nd half and scored 5 goals without reply. A hat-trick from Liam Tobin and 1 each from Aidan Kearney and Daniel Fagan. Final score 6-2.
